how did this all begin

For many years, Natalie drank coffee out of necessity. In fact, she was intimidated by specialty coffee. On one particular sleep-deprived day, she looked down in her trash can full of used coffee capsules - it hit her that the amount of waste she produced was insurmountable. At the same time, she recognized the strong intention required to appreciate specialty coffee, so she envisioned a simpler and more superior way for individuals to enjoy an exceptional cup at home.
