"Pour Over" is a method of brewing coffee where hot water is slowly poured over coffee grinds and passed through a filter. This extracts a balanced and flavorful cup of coffee.
Our Pour Over Pouch is a filter paper pouch that comes packaged with ground coffee inside. The pouch hangs over the edge of a mug or cup. All you need to do is pour hot over into the pouch, and you'll have a freshly brewed cup of coffee in no time!
No, this is not instant coffee! Our pour over coffee pouches provide an easy way to freshly brew a cup of coffee. They offer the convenience of single-serve coffee options without sacrificing taste or quality.
Hooked Coffee doesn’t require any equipment to brew - no grinders, machines, or scales, and doesn’t take up any precious counter or freezer space. They can be taken anywhere, and stay fresh for 12 months.
Unlike traditional coffee pods and machines that prioritize speed and convenience, we equally value the richness, aroma, and flavor that comes from carefully selected beans and expert craftsmanship. We offer a true bang-for-your-buck experience!

No equipment needed and you can bring our coffee anywhere! All you need is hot water and a mug.
A traditional pour over requires you to purchase beans, grinder, filters, funnels, and more for a quality cup of coffee. Our Pour Over Pouches are individually-packaged for freshness and portability.
We recommend a total of about 8oz of hot water, which can be roughly estimated by filling up the pouch 2-3 times with water. Refer to this page for more details!
Our packaging foils for the Pour Over Pouches are nitrogen-flushed and will stay fresh for up to 12 months. Nitrogen flushing replaces the oxygen (which makes the coffee go stale) in each of our packages to help preserve and protect our freshly ground beans. Don't worry, nitrogen does not affect the flavor and texture of the coffee! Check out this blog post for more details!

We do not recommend using the same Pour Over Pouch more than once to brew your coffee for optimal taste.

Click "checkout" through your shopping cart or side cart, enter the discount code in the discount code box and click “Apply”. The code will then be applied to your order! Only one discount may be applied per order.
You can see if an order is fulfilled yet under the "Fulfillment Status" under "My Accounts". The "My Accounts" button is located on the top right part of the our website. You can view your order details by clicking on your order number under "Order" in "My Accounts".. You will also receive an order confirmation upon order placement and a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. The tracking number will then show up under the order details in "My Account". If you have not received your order within 5-10 business days from when you received the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@hangovercoffee.co and we are happy to assist!
Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes to your order once it has been fulfilled. We work right away to try to get your coffee to you as soon as possible! You can access your customer portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link under "My Account". Alternatively, you can access your account using the customer portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
You can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link under "My Account". Access the Billing information tab and click the "Send email to update" button. You will recieve an email to update your credit card and billing information. Your next processed charge will use the new billing information. Note: If you signed up using Paypal and want to change your payment method in Paypal, you need to cancel your subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout. This is due to Paypal requiring a new billing agreement for any changes made.
You can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link under "My Account". Access the Shipping addresses tab. Click on the shipping address you want to edit, add the updated information, and click "Update shipping address".
You can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link under "My Account". Click on Subscription Click Edit on the subscription you want to update Scroll down to Shipping Address. Click the arrow to expand. Select one of the other shipping addresses.
Yes! You can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the "Manage Subscriptions" link under "My Account". To add a product: Method 1: Once logged in, select the "Subscriptions" tab, then click "Add a product". Search and select the product you would like to add to your account. On the following page "Edit details", you can make product and charge adjustments. When finished, click "Add a product". Method 2: Select "Edit" next to an existing subscription. Under "Toss these in", add a product to your next order only (as an add-on) or to your recurring subscription! To swap a product: Select "Edit" next to the subscription you want to edit. Click on the "Product" where you can update product quantities or "swap product". Select "Swap product", select another product you would to receive and it corresponding subscription details and click "Swap product".

Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

Scroll down on the subscription page and click "Cancel Subscription". Select a reason for cancelling your subscription and click "Proceed". Deleting an Add-On: Access the Delivery Schedule tab. Select "Manage Add-on" next to the add-on product you would like to modify. Scroll down on the add-on page and click "Delete Product". We are sorry to see you go!

We do not accept returns for our coffee due to health code regulations. However, our priority at Hangover Coffee is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our coffee. Send us an email at info@hangovercoffee.co and we'll make sure any issues get taken care of.
