Story

Sightglass Coffee began in 2009 as a small service-cart in San Francisco's SoMa district, run by brothers Jerad and Justin Morrison. Over the years, this humble beginning evolved into a full-scale production roastery, dynamic coffee bar, community gathering space, and their company headquarters in the same building​.

Sourcing Practices

At Sightglass, sourcing green coffee is their passion and expertise. It’s a meticulous and vital process, where factors like processing methods, coffee varieties, growing altitudes, climate, soil, and farm conditions all play a critical role in determining the coffee’s quality. By being present at the origin, Sightglass gains firsthand insight into these elements, ensuring they capture the best expression of each coffee they source.
